Description
We are looking for a proposal intern who will bring outstanding creative, organizational and interpersonal skills to support pursuit teams through challenging requirements and overlapping schedules. This position will support the proposal efforts in collaboration with marketing, pursuit and project management leadership to develop quality Statement of Qualifications, Proposals, Capacity Statement and marketing materials.
Assist with tasks that may include filing, scanning, data entry, documentation, Power Point presentation.
Assist with responses to general questions.
Participate in continuous improvement efforts by collecting and analyzing data.
Present solutions to concerns.
Research solutions to project concerns; analyze and recommend solutions to problems.
Assist with ad hoc projects as assigned by managers.
Minimum of a 3.0 GPA strongly preferred.
Involvement on campus or in the community preferred.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work permanently (i.e., without time limitations, without restrictions or without need for work sponsorship) in the country where this position is located.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Complies with all policies and standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop experience preferred.
Excellent communication skills: verbal, technical writing and creative writing as well as proofreading and editing.
High level of attention to detail, organization and time management.
